This is to inform that Legislative Decree no. 196 dated 30 June 2003 provides for the protection of
individuals and/or any other subjects concerned, on the processing of personal data. As per said provisions, please
be informed that other than being collected, your personal data will also be processed for contractual, business
and marketing purposes as well as for compliance to any further legal provision involved accordingly. Processing
shall be conducted by either manual and/or automated or computerised means, whereby said means shall comply with the
application of any safety measure available to guarantee the safety and privacy of any such data. As further provided
by said decree, all data processing must be conducted so as to ensure the correctness, lawfulness, transparency and
protection of your privacy and your rights accordingly. Failure to provide data may make it impossible to enter into
or to continue our relationship, and/or to run some processes that are subject to the mandatory entry of your data.
